What can I expect when I come to counselling and coaching?

Sessions are confidential and are 55 minutes (you can also book 1.5 and 2 hour sessions if required). You choose whether your sessions are weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs and budget.
We use a practical, solution focused framework to help you move towards what you want. Most clients see results within the first 2-3 sessions with many clients noting an improvement from the first session.

What can I expect from your training and wellness programs?

Our one hour and half day trainings give employees practical strategies for dealing with common workplace issues and are designed to engage and inspire. We come to your location with our presentation ready to go. Employees regularly report feeling more able to manage stress and difficulties better and more valued by their employers. Our service is personalised and responsive – there is no lengthy waiting on hold or having to deal with multiple people.

Can I use a Mental Health Care Plan?

No, we do not take mental health care plans, but we keep our fees low in comparison to most Psychologists. Relationship counselling is not eligible under the mental health scheme.

Are sessions tax deductible?

Coaching sessions and training are tax deductible if they relate to your business. Counselling sessions are not currently tax deductible. Check with your Accountant for further clarification.

Are you close to parking or public transport?

We have two offices:

There is plenty of parking at our Upwey Office and limited street parking at our Melbourne office.

We are one block from Southern Cross Station and we are a 2 minute walk from Upwey train station.
