What to expect
You choose between online sessions or face to face from our rooms in Southbank or Belgrave. We take care to limit client numbers so you don’t have to wait lengthy periods for an appointment. You can book directly with Amy or browse online availability for a time which works for you.
You receive a confirmation email outlining the details you need for your appointment. In the first session you explore what you hope to achieve and options to move forward. Clients regularly report feeling validated and understood, leaving with a fresh perspective and greater understanding.
You choose whether you see Amy weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Sessions build your awareness of your habitual patterns – what you do, when you do it and why you do it. Armed with greater self awareness and compassion, you learn essential skills for better emotional health and relationships – in a safe, supportive environment.
